The cozy atmosphere of Café Gilou at The Sands, located on our Lobby level, is exactly right to enjoy our inspired French cuisine and gourmet creations prepared by our talented Red Seal chefs Gilles and Melissa Sarazin. We offer an extensive selection of wine and craft beers to complement our menu, and our knowledgeable staff will work with you to create a memorable dining experience. We don’t just stop at taste – Café Gilou, with its charming décor and the sights and sounds of the beach, is designed to delight all the senses! For those seeking a spectacular rooftop dining experience, lunch and dinner will be served daily against the most breathtaking views on the entire coast. This is a must-do experience!
